What is Weverse？It’s an official fan community where global fans and artists interact.(BTS, TXT, ENHYPEN and etc…)

Weverse(위버스) is a Korean mobile app and web site created by South Korean company Big Hit Entertainment.

It is an official fan community where global fans and artists interact.

Artists include BTS, BLACK PINK, ENHYPEN and etc.

I am a K-pop fan and a Weverse user in Japan, and explain what we can do on Weverse.

• Stay in touch with artists and the fans all around the world.(Like other SNS)
• Watch the digital contents.(Like YouTube)
• Get information of the artists. (Fun club)

You can imagine it’s like

Twitter+Instagram+YouTube+Fun club.

It’s free to join it although there are paid-contents and membership menu inside.

I’ll introduce you Weverse features below.

You can communicate with all fans in the world.

SNS with only the fans gathering

There is a page called “Feed“.

You can use it like Twitter and talk about the artists and upload their pics on Feed.

You can use this button like “Like” on Twitter as you know.

You can choose the app languages from these below.

And you can also translate the posts.

The translation has 10 languages.

It’s a bit wired translation but you may understand the meanings.

Artists also use the app and they can write comments the fan’s posts.

So we can say Weverse is an important place to communicate with the artists.

Although there is a few possibilities to get the comments from the artists…

Might get heart-warming posts from the artists

Weverse is a platform only the fans gather.

Therefore, the artists tend to talk about their thinking and feeling of the fans or their songs.

And the posts can make you write the long message because the maximum is 20,000 words!

So you may hear heart-warming and long messages from the artists on Weverse.

Can get pics only here and the latest updates from the artists

You can also enjoy pictures the artists share and download the pics.(It’s prohibited to upload on other SNS.)

And there is a function called “Moments” which is exclusive posts made with the photos of the artist’s daily updates.

It is like a “Story” of Instagram.

You can comment and cheer to the moments only for 24 hours.
